THERE ARE SO MANY VACUUM BOTTLES TO CHOOSE. WHY IS TERMITE WARHEAD WORTH BUYING?

We wanted to give consumers safe and healthy products with the highest parameters. TERMITE WARHEAD® fulfills European standard EN 12546-1 confirming quality,  technical parameters and the requirements for vacuum bottles.  Our vacuum bottles thermal isulation parameters are the highest you can meet on market. The highest quality construction guarantees the stability of the temperature in the perspective of many years. Our vacuum bottles TERMITE WARHEAD® are made of  a high quality stainless steel and their inside does not have to be covered by any additional material, so you will not have to check if  the inside of  vacuum bottles TERMITEWARHEAD® is safe and harmless for your health.

ARE OUR PRODUCTS BPA FREE?

Vacuum mugs and bottles are made of checked, safe and completely BPA, phthalates and lead free materials. Stoppers and inner cups are made of safe PP #5.

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY OF VACUUM BOTTLES TO HOT LIQUID

For maximum thermal insulation efficiency you must heat up product straightway before use. Fill the vacuum bottle with a hot water. Twist on a stopper and leave for a few minutes, then pour out water and fill with the right liquid, twist on stopper and cup.

HOW HAVE WE MADE THE MEASUREMENT OF HEAT RETENTION?

Dishes were heated up for  ( 5 ±1) minutes and again filled with water at temperature  ≥95°C. After 6h ±5 minutes we have made measerement of a temperature of water inside the dish. Measurement is done at the temperature of the external (20 ± 2)°C.

CAN I PUT MY PRODUCT IN A MICROWAVE?

Definitely it is not recommended to put our products in the microwave. It can cause damage of product and equipment.

CAN I PUT MY PRODUCT IN A FREEZER?

Definitely it is not recommended to put our products in the freezer. Refrigeration of a liquid will increase the volume and can cause damage of product.

HOW TO CLEAN VACUUM BOTTLES AND MUGS?

We recommend you hand washing. Don’t use any bleaches and cleaning agents with chlorine on any part of a vacuum bottle. To clean a dish you have to use warm water and mild detergent. Pour out water with liquid and again rinse with warm water. To clean use delicate spoonge or cloth. If in inside of the dish appears a precipitate, to  remove it you will have to use a mixture of warm water and bicarbonate of soda. Leave mixture inside of open dish for about an hour then remove content.

How can I get replacement parts?

TERMITE offers replacement parts to their products. You can order them in a shop, where you have bought a product or in any other store with our products.

I don’t know which replacement part I need.

Most of the information about replacement parts you can find on the product. Information has been embossed in permanent and irremovable way on a bottom of the vacuum bottle.

SLEEPING PADS

BACKPACKING.

Low weight and smallness after packing TERMITE EXPAND are attributes which you can’t ignore during backpacking, cycling or a few days canoeing. WINTER CAMPING

Camping on snow require bigger insulation. TERMITE recommend using foam pad and sleeping pad TERMITE Expand. Foam pad will increase insulation and will reduce risk of puncture the sleeping pad.

HOW TO KEEP MY SLEEPING PAD?

To keep the highest functionality of sleeping pad, keep it expanded and flat spreaded with open flate. This will keep foam in the sleeping pad for a longer time. It also will help moisture get out of inside of a mattress. If mattress must be keep as the roll, pump mattress as many times as it is possible to prevent permanent deformation of foam.

I HAVE BOUGHT A SLEEPING PAD AND IT DOESN’T EXPAND.

New mattress need more time to pump up after getting it out of the package. New mattress was stored in state of high compression so it is recommended to pump up ( with mouth ) till it gets fully expanded and leave it for the night. Speed of pumping up will grow after next proccesses of inflation and deflation.

CAN I EXPAND MATTRESS ON BRANCHES AND CONES?

Avoid using mattress on sharp spaces like stones, rocks, branches, cones, pins nad needles.
